It focuses on the genealogy of chiropractic training at Macquarie University and the contribution of the Sydney College of Chiropractic towards the profession, with referenced documentation and illustrations.

The book is also a compendium of historic and contemporary photos from each graduating year of the SCC from 1959 to Macquarie in 2021.
